My clients struggle as you do.
Despite being educated, supportive towards others, and determined to create a better future for their family, life is hard.
When they first come in, they’re depleted from being pulled in all directions and they struggle to keep up with the mental load. They wake up feeling like their already behind and the to-do list never ends. They feel like they’re just surviving, going through the motion, and barely holding it together.
They feel torn between work and family
—at work, they’re worrying about their kids, and at home, they’re distracted by unfinished tasks and snapping at their family. On top of that, they feel distant from their spouse and less devoted to God. No matter where they are, there’s always that voice saying, “You’re not doing enough.”
They don’t feel like themselves anymore.
They’ve poured so much into work and family that there’s no energy left for their own hopes and dreams. Even in rare free moments, they don’t know what to do—and when they do, the guilt quickly creeps in.
Their lack of energy gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways.
They aren’t the kind of mom they want to be. They feel like they’re failing at motherhood, marriage, their career, and even their walk with Christ is tanking.
Before coming to see me, they felt like they were falling apart.
They worried about their health, believed they weren’t good enough moms, and thought their dreams for a fulfilling career were slipping away. They put what they wanted on hold, and the guilt and neglect of their own needs chipped away at their joy.
